配送ポリシー

 

国内配送について

・2 ~ 7 営業日でのお届けになります。

・配送料は税込700円、北海道、九州、沖縄は税込1200円をいただきます。

・代引手数料は別途税込330円となります。

購入手続き・発送について

オーダー・発送に係わる処理は、平日のみ行っております。基本的にはご注文日より1~3営業日での発送となります。国内の配送はヤマト運輸の取扱いとなります。

発送が完了しましたら、ご登録のメールアドレスに発送完了メールをお送りいたします。

ご注文時に、お名前、送付先住所、メールアドレス、電話番号、クレジットカード情報を入力いただきます。

追加で情報を依頼する場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。

これらの個人情報について細心の注意を払い取り扱いを行いますが、予期せぬエラーやウイルス等が発生した場合、当社は責任を負いません。

通常、ご注文日より1~3営業日での発送となりますが、欠品が発生した場合は速やかに次回発送可能日をお知らせし、ご注文の継続またはキャンセルを承ります。

商品返品・交換について

返品と交換は受け付けておりません。

商品に不良や破損があった場合は、カスタマーサービスにおいて、不良と判断した場合にのみ、新しいものをお送りします。

DAMDAMでは、商品の品質には細心の注意を払っておりますが、すべての品質管理を実施したにも関わらず、不良や破損個所が見つかった場合は、お手数ですが商品到着後14日以内に不良品やパッケージ破損の写真を弊社カスタマーサービスまでお送りいただけますようお願いします。

14日以内までご連絡いただけない場合や、写真をお送りいただけない場合には、不良品や破損、また荷物の紛失へのご対応を致しかねますのでご了承ください。

新しい商品をお送りする前に、配送業者に賠償請求するため、新しい商品が届くまで510日間いただいております。

 

注文キャンセルについて
オーダーの発送完了メールが届いた後は、キャンセルはできません。

弊社サイトは、取扱い可能な最新の商品リストである様に努めておりますが、まれに購入いただいた商品を確保する事が出来ない事がありますので、予めご了承ください。

既に購入いただいた製品に欠品が発生した場合は、速やかにお知らせし、ご注文の継続またはキャンセルを承ります。

PROCESSING
We're a company based in Japan. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders do not necessarily ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 2-3 business days after placing your order for processing. We will contact you with a follow-up email.

When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information, however, in providing us with such information, you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to an error in transmission or virus or malware.

We undertake to fulfill and ship your order within 5-10 business days, excluding holidays and natural disasters, and except in the case where an item is out of stock, in which case we will contact you to let you know of an expected fulfillment date or give you the option to purchase a replacement product or obtain a refund.

DELIVERY
If we need additional information for credit verification, we will contact you. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

TAXES AND DUTIES 

Taxes and duties for international shipping may vary depending on the country and should be paid by the customer. DAMDAM is not responsible for those charges.

PRODUCT RETURNS

This policy applies to non-Japan residents only.

You can return items up to 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is received in badly damaged condition. If goods are damaged or are different to the product purchased on the website, you can choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.  

To return your product, please send an email to info@damdamofficial.com with the subject line [Re: Product Return] within 14 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

REFUNDS (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

LATE REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@damdamofficial.com with the subject head [Re: Late Refund].

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@damdamofficial.com with the subject line [Re: Product Exchange].

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

SALE ITEMS 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

PRODUCT ORDER 

We endeavor to ensure that our product list is current, however, we give no undertaking as to the guaranteed availability of any product advertised on our website. If a purchased product is unavailable, we reserve the right to notify you of its unavailability and provide you with a refund of same amount or credit towards another suitable product you may wish to purchase.
