商品返品・交換について
返品と交換は受け付けておりません。
商品に不良や破損があった場合は、カスタマーサービスにおいて、不良と判断した場合にのみ、新しいものをお送りします。
DAMDAMでは、商品の品質には細心の注意を払っておりますが、すべての品質管理を実施したにも関わらず、不良や破損個所が見つかった場合は、お手数ですが商品到着後14日以内に不良品やパッケージ破損の写真を弊社カスタマーサービスまでお送りいただけますようお願いします。
14日以内までご連絡いただけない場合や、写真をお送りいただけない場合には、不良品や破損、また荷物の紛失へのご対応を致しかねますのでご了承ください。
新しい商品をお送りする前に、配送業者に賠償請求するため、新しい商品が届くまで5~10日間いただいております。

Can I get a refund?
REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
SALE ITEMSOnly regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
PRODUCT ORDER
We endeavor to ensure that our product list is current, however, we give no undertaking as to the guaranteed availability of any product advertised on our website. If a purchased product is unavailable, we reserve the right to notify you of its unavailability and provide you with a refund of same amount or credit towards another suitable product you may wish to purchase.

Can I exchange a product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@damdamofficial.com with the subject line [Re: Product Exchange].
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
