Refund Policy

  • Can I return a product?

    We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in damaged condition. If goods are faulty or have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website, you can choose between a refund, or exchange. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

    To return your product, please send an email to with the subject line [Re: Product Return] within 14 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. If you are shipping a returned item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Can I cancel an order?

    Once you receive the order shipping completion email, you cannot cancel your order.
