Can I return a product?
We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in damaged condition. If goods are faulty or have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website, you can choose between a refund, or exchange. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product, please send an email to info@damdamofficial.com with the subject line [Re: Product Return] within 14 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. If you are shipping a returned item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I cancel an order?
Once you receive the order shipping completion email, you cannot cancel your order.

Can I get a refund?
REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
SALE ITEMSOnly regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We endeavor to ensure that our product list is current, however, we give no undertaking as to the guaranteed availability of any product advertised on our website. If a purchased product is unavailable, we reserve the right to notify you of its unavailability and provide you with a refund of same amount or credit towards another suitable product you may wish to purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
