How long will it take to get my order?
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and natural disasters. Please allow 1-3 business days after placing your order for processing. We will contact you with a follow-up email.

How much does shipping cost?
We ship internationally from our warehouse in Dubai. Shipping rates vary slightly by region:
- Europe: $11.40 USD
- United Kingdom: $11.90 USD
- All other countries: $10 USD
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Can I return my order?
We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is received in badly damaged condition. If goods are damaged or are different to the product purchased on the website, you can choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your
purchase, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.To return your product, please send an email to info@damdamofficial.com with the subject line [Re: Product Return] within 14 days of your purchase, and we will
provide a return authorization and mailing information. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If goods are damaged or are different to the product purchased on the website, DAMDAM will bare the cost of shipping. -
Can I get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Can i change my order?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@damdamofficial.com with the subject line [Re: Product Exchange].
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Are there taxes & duties?
Taxes and duties for international shipping may vary depending on the country and should be paid by the customer. DAMDAM is not responsible for those charges.
