• How long will it take to get my order?

  We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and natural disasters. Please allow 1-3 business days after placing your order for processing. 

• How much does shipping cost?

  We provide free shipping to all orders within the United States of America.

• Can I return my order?

  At DAMDAM, we want you to feel completely at ease with what you bring into your ritual.

  If for any reason it’s not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of purchase. We offer complimentary returns, so you can choose something that feels more aligned with your needs.

  If your item arrives damaged or differs from what was ordered, we sincerely apologize. In this case, you may choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or store credit within a certain amount of days.

• Are there taxes & duties?

  Taxes and duties for international shipping may vary depending on the country and should be paid by the customer. DAMDAM is not responsible for those charges.
