Shipping & Returns (US)

• How long will it take to get my order?

  We're a company based in Japan. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and natural disasters. Orders do not necessarily ship on the same day they are placed. Please allow 1-3 business days after placing your order
  for processing. We will contact you with a follow-up email.

  When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card
  details. We undertake to take due care with this information, however, in providing us with such information, you accept that we are not liable for its
  misuse due to an error in transmission or virus or malware.

  In the case where an item is out of stock, in which case we will contact you to let you know of an expected fulfillment date or give you the option to purchase a replacement product or obtain a refund.

• How much does shipping cost?

  We currently ship internationally from our warehouse in Japan (except for US & CA which is shipped from our North American Warehouse). International shipping rates apply.

  JPY ¥1200 for Hokkaido, Kyusyu, Okinawa (1-3 business days)

• Can I return my order?

  At DAMDAM, we want you to feel completely at ease with what you bring into your ritual.

  If for any reason it’s not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of purchase. We offer complimentary returns for store credit, so you can choose something that feels more aligned with your needs.

  If your item arrives damaged or differs from what was ordered, we sincerely apologize. In this case, you may choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

  We’ll provide return authorization and mailing instructions.

• Can I get a refund?

  Please read the [Can I return my order?] section above.

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
  notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and
  a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  There are certain situations where only partial refunds are
  granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

• Can i change my order?

  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If
  you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@damdamofficial.com with the subject line [Re: Product Exchange].

  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

• Are there taxes & duties?

  Taxes and duties for international shipping may vary depending on the country and should be paid by the customer. DAMDAM is not responsible for those charges.
